Terms of Service

1. The Service

1.1. Storevo provides AI-powered tools for e-commerce and marketplace sellers: product listing and content generation, store diagnostics, task automation, and related features.

1.2. The Service operates on a subscription model with credits: AI actions consume credits according to your plan. Plans and limits are described at https://storevo.tech/pricing.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

2.2. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.

3. Billing

3.1. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

3.2. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated. Unused monthly credits do not roll over; daily credits refresh every day.

3.3. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Connected Platforms

4.1. You may connect your stores and marketplace accounts (e.g. Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Ozon, Wildberries). You confirm that you are entitled to grant the Service access to those accounts and data.

4.2. You remain responsible for complying with each platform's terms when using Storevo automation.

5. AI-Generated Output

5.1. Output is generated by AI models and may contain errors. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of generated content for any particular purpose.

5.2. You must review output before publishing and are solely responsible for its use, including legal compliance and marketplace rules.

5.3. As between you and us, you own the output generated for you, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We use your content only to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

• •no use of the Service to violate laws, third-party rights, or marketplace rules;
• •no attempts to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data;
• •no automated account creation, limit circumvention, or interference with security measures;
• •no resale of Service access without our written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

8. Liability

8.1. The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, or indirect or consequential losses.

8.2. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, with notice by email where practicable.

10. Governing Law and Changes

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

10.2. We may update these Terms; the current version is always available at https://storevo.tech/terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
