This Privacy Policy explains how TUSE TECH LLP collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use Storevo (https://storevo.tech, the “Service”). Users who selected the Russia region are additionally covered by the Russian-language Personal Data Processing Policy available at https://storevo.tech/ru/privacy.

1. Data Controller

TUSE TECH LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (Company No. OC459107), registered office: Stoney Works, 8 Stoney Lane, London, United Kingdom, SE19 3BD.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account data: email address, name (if provided by you or your sign-in provider), chosen region.
  • Sign-in provider data: when you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile information.
  • Billing data: subscription plan, payment status, and invoices. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
  • Connected store data: data from marketplaces and store platforms you connect (e.g. Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce), to the extent needed to provide the Service.
  • Technical data: IP address, cookies, browser and device information, access timestamps.

3. Purposes and Lawful Bases

  • Providing the Service and managing your account — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Billing and payments — performance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b), (c)).
  • Service notifications and support — performance of a contract and legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Security, fraud prevention, and Service improvement — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Optional communications and non-essential cookies — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Processors and Sub-processors

We share personal data only with providers that help us run the Service, under data processing agreements:

  • Supabase Inc. — authentication and database infrastructure;
  • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing;
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers running the Service;
  • Google (sign-in) and VK (sign-in for the Russia region) — as independent controllers of their own services.

5. International Transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses (SCCs) with the receiving provider.

6. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except where longer retention is required by law (e.g. accounting records).

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data; to restrict or object to its processing; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@storevo.tech.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO, ico.org.uk).

8. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your region and language, and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings and our cookie banner; disabling essential cookies may break sign-in.

9. Children

The Service is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy from time to time; the current version is always available at https://storevo.tech/privacy. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email.
